Jaz
Co-Founder
Born and raised in South Texas, Jaz is a seasoned dental professional with over a decade of hands-on experience. She holds degrees in Psychology and Business Administration and has been a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) since 2012.
Jaz began her dental career in 2012 and quickly advanced, eventually serving as Director of Operations for a large dental group overseeing 12+ practices, 100+ employees, and numerous associate dentists. During her tenure, she gained extensive expertise in dental billing, credentialing, HR, insurance verification, staff training, and practice compliance—even helping to open 12 new practices from the ground up.
In 2022, Jaz stepped away from her executive role to launch DFP Dental Services, providing remote dental billing and administrative support. Alongside her partner Dee and their dedicated team, Jaz brings unmatched knowledge and efficiency to every client. She’s passionate about helping dental practices thrive and is committed to continued growth and excellence.
While Dee is the quiet powerhouse, Jaz proudly holds the title of Director of Communication (Unofficial, but Accurate)—always ready to explain, connect, and keep things moving with clarity and confidence.Â

Dee is a proud Army veteran who brings discipline, leadership, and a deep passion for dentistry to everything she does. She entered the dental field in 2014 and, like Jaz, quickly rose through the ranks while working at a large multi-location dental group.
During her time in corporate dentistry, Dee served as the Director of Billing, leading a team that supported over a dozen offices with high-level revenue cycle management, insurance coordination, and operational oversight. Her strong background in dental billing, claims processing, accounts receivable, and system implementation helped shape efficient workflows that improved collections and practice performance across the board.
In 2024, Dee stepped away from her executive position to focus full-time on the remote business she and Jaz built together—DFP Dental Services. With her military precision and deep industry knowledge, Dee is committed to delivering exceptional support and results for every client.
She may be the quiet one on the team, but don’t let that fool you—she’s fierce, focused, and the one you want in your corner when it’s time to go to battle with insurance.
